The house and the double room are located in the historic district "Altsayn".

Hiking trails, abbey church, castle, castle, butterfly garden, climbing forest, Heins mill can be reached in 2 - 5 minutes on foot.

By agreement, garage use is also possible, e.g. for motorcycle, given.

 Garden furniture is available for you to relax.

Other sights, e.g. Deutsches Eck, Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, can be reached quickly and easily by car, public transport or bicycle. Upon request, station transfer can also take place.

In the annex on the 1st floor, a small apartment / double room is now ready. A combined living / BEDROOM with approx. 20 - 24 sqm, a small bathroom with a large shower, toilet and double sink, invites you to enjoy. The room has its own small balcony with seating. Since we are cat owners, the room is not suitable for allergy sufferers, as the cats like to keep the visitors company on the balcony. For hikers or short-term vacationers who are looking for a simple but clean place to stay (no kitchen or cooking facilities available, only coffee machine, kettle), very suitable.
