In the historic mustard mill of the Rheinwerkstatt Boppard, in the monastery of the Stiftung Bethesda-St. Martin,
we combine traditional craftsmanship with social commitment.
As the only mustard mill of its kind in a workshop for people with disabilities in Germany, we produce
diverse mustard specialties and high-quality rapeseed oil with great care. Using traditional manufacturing processes, regional
ingredients, and passion, we create products of exceptional quality. At the same time, we offer people with disabilities the
opportunity to actively contribute their skills.
