The winery is located in a former mill in the center of Delkenheim. The estate includes the currently oldest documented half-timbered house in Wiesbaden, built in 1575.

While in 1966 there were still 27 owners practicing viticulture in Delkenheim, today there are only two families left. One of them is us: the Friesenhahn family. Where new ideas and old traditions come together, wines are created that connect generations – this is the motto of our small winery.

And because we are at home in Hesse, we also embrace the care of regional customs and the production of a particularly good “Ebbelwoi,” pressed from the apples of our fruit orchards – simply typically Hessian. 

In the summer, you can enjoy regional dishes and homemade wines here in a stunning atmosphere.
