The tourist information office is offering a guided hike on the Rheinecker Felsenweg - hiking trail no. 8 - on Saturday, 5 October. The trail leads past the Reutersley, a rocky plateau with a fantastic view. The sparse vegetation of bizarre-looking oaks makes the landscape appear "alpine". The meeting point is at 10 am at the Bad Breisig tourist information centre. The route is approx. 8 kilometres long. The participation fee is €5, €3 with a guest card, children are free.
