It has become a tradition to amaze spectators each year with a dazzling, music-synchronized fireworks display that creates goosebumps. Experience the fireworks exclusively on one of the many ships that come together for a grand parade.

Starting at 5.00 p.m., the special ships will depart from Oberwesel. The trip goes downstream through the prime section of the UNESCO World Heritage site “Upper Middle Rhine Valley.” Passing by the legendary rocks of the “seven maidens” and the Loreley lying in the riverbed. Once the numerous ships have formed the parade, they will pass the Loreley rock, which shines in Bengal fire, and is at the narrowest and deepest point of the Rhine, on their way back to Oberwesel.
around 9.20 p.m.: After the ships have reached their designated spots, the illumination begins and Oberwesel shines with its historic cityscape.
around 9.35 p.m.: Guests will experience a unique music-synchronized pyro-musical that has a very special effect in the narrowness of the Rhine Valley.
Starting at 10.00 p.m., the special ships will return to Oberwesel after the fireworks. Guests have the opportunity to visit the Oberwesel wine market at the marketplace. Dance music and wine stands from the Oberwesel winemakers await the visitors.
