This city tour follows the path of the Americans on March 7, 1945, through Remagen to the Bridge of Remagen, starting from the Apollinariskirche. Chronologically and illustrated with historical photos, the events leading to the capture of the undestroyed bridge by the company of Karl-Heinz Timmermann and the first crossing of the Rhine will be presented, bringing the end of World War II within reach.
